This is a busy, modern city with towering Skyscrapers and endless places to dine and to shop. The city gains it's fame from the World Renown Capsule Corporation that's located here.
This is the city that, on the show, Nappa leveled with his Shockwave. Not quite the case here though. This city is a sort of "hollywood" as we know it. And it has lovely beaches.
