Special Powers/Abilities: A race designed for war, the closer a Saiyan is brought to death is how much more powerful they become after recovering.

Presence: Celia has long, spikey black hair, and black eyes. She has thin, dark eyebrows. Her nose is slightly pointy, and her lips are full and red. Her skin is slightly tanned(this differs from my drawing. I was in lack of the proper colours). As is befittet a saiyan warrior, she is wearing a green scouter.

Celia is dressed in the classical saiyan manner, but with a few twists of her own(if she gets an armor without these little twists, she will blast the armor, and the one whom fetched it). Her jumpsuit is red, whilst her armor is black, white and blue. Her lower body is covered by the red jumpsuit, and blue hip/crotch/backside-armor, like that of Vegeta and Nappa at their first appearance.

Her tail is brown and fluffy(again, lack of colours).

As all of these factors come together, her prescence is... Mighty. She is dangerous in a way humans can not understand. The mind of a woman, and the power of a saiyan gives her a confidence which radiates from her being

Other: Her great, great, great grandmother built the spaceship of which the saiyans usedd to come to Planet Vegeta(or Planet Plant, at that time). She is the oldest living saiyan, and the only other living member of Celias family. (father's side. Referred to as "granny")

History:

A cold winter-night, 21 years ago, Celia was born. She was a joy to her family, and grew quickly. She made her first ki-blast at the age of 1(her father wore an eyepath for a week), and by the age of 5, she mastered the art of ki-control completely. She was the best of her class.

At the age of 15, the inevitable happened. Celia fell in love. Her love grew, and grew. Even then, she posessed great beauty, and thusly she got what she wanted.

He was like a dream. He made her feel special, but years later, she still remembers him as the one who deflowered her. Men are often after one thing, and one thing only. As he was no exeption; he hurt her infinetly.

After blasting her sleezy lover into oblivion; she went on to create a new philosophy. "Men are only for spawning children. If you want love, get a dog..." This philosophy has been the basis of her (lack of a)love life, since she was 15 and a half, until present.

Getting back to The Tale Of Celia Amaranth...

After being betrayed horribly, she consentrated even more on training, and developed highly advanced skills within the field of ki-manipulation.

At the age of 21, she feels herself thoroughly educated within the field of ki-manipulation, and thusly she has begun working on improving her power level.

General Persona:
Celia has great confidence in her self, and her strength. Her confidence comes from a lifetime of learning how to trust herself, in addition to a supportive family.

Another thing that characterizes Celia is her distrust of men. She can be friends(even with benefits), but once romance comes into the picture, she freaks out.

Celia's perhaps biggest advantage over the average saiyan grunt, is her wits. It has gotten her out of many unpleasant situations.

Celia is sadistic, but just. That's one of the reasons why she's called "The Bright Flower Of The Battlefield". While she enjoys a good fight, and can be extremely cruel, she won't attack someone who's too weak to defend themselves(unless they piss her off.. Remember the short temper).

She felt the breeze brushing softly against her skin, the ground crumbling under her feet, and something wet under her eyes. What was it? It ran down her cheeks, and fell to the ground. Tears. She hadn'r cried in 5 years. And the last person who made her cry had been murdered by her, in a savage act of anger.

The man in front of her was almost impossible to see through the veil of tears. After he had uttered those evil words, she couldn't stop crying. "I didn't even feel sorry for you. I took pleasure in your pain and anger..." he had said.

She hadn't cried in 5 years. Not a drop. Not ever. She hadn't cried in 5 years, and it was the same man standing in front of her now, as it had been then... "But.. you're supposed to be dead!" she sobbed.
(Nope, this is most likely not going to be a sub-plot of mine, but it was the first thing I could think of )
